Practical methods of microneedling
1. Cleansing: Clean the face, then wipe it again with normal saline.
2. Clean hands or wear clean gloves.
3. Microneedle disinfection: Soak in 75% medical alcohol for 30 minutes, then spray the microneedles with iodophor, rinse with normal saline, and dry before use.
4. Apply essence/solution: Use mild and non-irritating skin care products.
5. Rolling: The areas that can be rolled are the forehead, cheeks and chin, and the directions of the microneedles are horizontal, vertical and diagonal. 5 times in each direction, the strength is mild or moderate, do not use too much force, especially for sensitive skin. The force and speed of the entire face roll needs to be consistent. Each treatment lasts 15 minutes, depending on the individual’s speed and proficiency, the time will be slightly different, but not more than 30 minutes, so as not to damage the skin.
6. Moisturizing: After microneedling treatment, you should use a medical repairing mask to calm and repair the skin, and pay attention to facial moisturizing. Use a medical grade moisturizing mask.
8. Disinfection: After use, the product should be disinfected, dried naturally and put into a roller case for storage.
